- Assists Clinical Director and Director with the design and development of the clinical aspects of program services for our Williamsburg and Fairfax office (virtually)
- Assists in hiring staff and assigning cases
- Provides clinical supervision of home-based workers
- Completes clinical assessments and provides in-home therapy sessions as needed
- Assists Director and Clinical Director with identification and resolution of problems or gaps in service delivery
- A master's degree in social work, psychology or a related field from an accredited college or university;
- A current LPC or LCSW in Virginia with the ability to provide licensure supervision in the state of Virginia;
- A minimum of three years of experience providing mental health treatment to troubled children and families;
- A minimum of one year of supervisory experience
- Thorough knowledge of principles and techniques of youth and family counseling;
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other social services providers, service purchases and service recipients.
