Your Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the existing teams for cost estimation and procurement within the construction management department
- Responsible for managing the procurement of construction services and other related services
- Technical and commercial evaluation of subcontractor bids and contract negotiations in collaboration with construction and project management
- Optimization of procurement strategies and processes
- Responsible for cost estimation for construction services and economic calculations
- Preparation of work estimates and cost indications, as well as identifying potential cost savings
- Evaluation and review of tender documents and performance specifications
Your Profile:
- Completed technical education, degree in construction or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the field of building construction or SF construction
- First leadership experience desirable
- Good knowledge of cost estimation and drafting programs (RIB iTwo, Revit)
- Indepth knowledge of current price structures, performance approaches, and subcontractor and supplier markets
- Affinity for numbers and experience with cost tracking and controlling
