CM Electric, Inc. is a full range electrical service company providing professional residential, commercial and industrial electrical installations, repair and maintenance.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team.


Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple commercial and residential projects and service calls
• Develop and manage technician's schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time
• Coordinate with field technicians, clients and suppliers
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular project status updates
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
• Oversee budgeting and cost control measures to ensure projects stay within budget
• Track and update projects daily
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
• Coordinate and track material deliveries
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address concerns, and ensure quality standards are met

Experience:

• 3+ years of Project Management experience
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, and construction documents
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills

Salary:
$60,000.00 to $85,000.00 based on experience

Pay:
$60, $85,000.00 per year


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
