Working Student in Human Resources (m/f/d)

Your tasks:


  • You are responsible for the support and recruiting of our interns and working students
  • You independently handle administrative HR tasks and support the operational daily business
  • Support in the recruiting process including maintenance of the applicant management system (e.g. posting job advertisements, reviewing applications, conducting invitations/rejections)
  • You conduct interviews together with colleagues from the specialist departments
  • Creation of references and maintenance of personnel files
  • You also have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas in internal projects

Your profile:


  • You are studying Business Administration, Psychology or a comparable field, preferably with a focus on Human Resources
  • You have a strong interest in the field of HR and have gained first practical experience through internships or parttime jobs
  • You have a high level of motivation and initiative, are structured, communicative and work independently
