Job Description:

You will help us shape the recruiting of tomorrow and actively contribute to the strategic recruiting process
You will have the opportunity to take on small projects that align with your personal skills and work independently, while also supporting our projects holistically
Additionally, you will assist in creating and conceptualizing decisionmaking tools and presentations for strategic recruiting
Your support and skills will be needed in the conception and implementation of internal and external communication and marketing measures
You will also be responsible for conducting research, analysis, and preparation of market standards and best practices related to recruiting

Profile:

You are studying business or humanities, ideally with a focus on human resources, marketing, or a similar field.

In addition, you possess the following knowledge and skills:

You are available to work with us for 1520 hours per week, ideally for at least three days a week
You have previous professional experience in strategic recruiting
You are familiar with clarifying orders for recruiting apps with external providers and have gained experience in this area
You have experience in creating social media postings in coordination with agencies
You enjoy taking on responsibility and have a high level of organizational skills
You have excellent English skills
You are a team player and enjoy celebrating successes together
Ideally, you have gained some experience in agile project management and with Scrum.
