We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Debt Collection Specialist.


Responsibilities:

  • Regular review, reconciliation, and clarification of debtor accounts, including managing the collection process
  • Assessing risks in debt collection and taking timely action to minimize losses
  • Initiating, monitoring, and completing collection measures
  • Identifying customers with payment difficulties and taking appropriate actions
  • Handling insolvency cases and monitoring deadlines
  • Communicating with internal contacts, debtors, customers, lawyers, insolvency administrators, etc. via phone and in writing
  • Participating in projects and process improvements
  • Providing professional guidance to colleagues on debt collection and insolvency matters

Requirements:

  • Completed training/studies as a tax clerk or a completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education
  • Previous experience in debt collection/credit management preferred
  • Ability to work independently, in a structured and solutionoriented manner, with a strong teamoriented approach
  • Excellent communication skills, confident and convincing demeanor, and a customeroriented mindset
