Summary

We are currently seeking an expert (m/f/d) in debt management at our location in Wuppertal, starting as soon as possible.

Independent handling of complex cases with potential conflicts, deviating from standard procedures
Independent handling of distressed and titled debts, potentially with higher complexity and conflict potential
Written correspondence and, if necessary, telephone contact with debtors, lawyers, courts, and clients
Processing incoming mail (possibly checking fees and cost invoices) and setting reminders for possible objections
Titling within the framework of judicial dunning procedures, including responses to objections, delivery notifications, and legal remedies, if necessary following agreed procedures and texts with the contracted lawyer, possibly including accompanying legal proceedings
Preparation of enforcement measures and evaluation of bailiff reports, thirdparty information, and asset listings, and initiation of associated followup activities, possibly also abroad
Training of new colleagues and employees
Technical contact person, possibly also with client contact
Preparation of reports for team leaders
Leading own small projects or supporting team leaders in projects
Experienced expert in one or more areas and handling specific, complex questions in one or more subject areas
Many years of experience in debt management
Application of expert knowledge to solve complex cases
Required technical and business knowledge (possibly language skills)
Several years of professional experience in debt collection
Understanding of the debt collection process
Good knowledge of German
Strong written expression
