Tasks and Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a permanent full-time Construction Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at the earliest possible date in Lewisville.

Friedrich Peters Bau GmbH has already completed a variety of bridge construction projects, from small pedestrian bridges to highway bridges, over water, over railways, and in live traffic situations. With the progress of the A20, there will be several bridge construction projects to be realized in Schleswig-Holstein and especially in the Steinburg district. In addition, existing bridges are deteriorating and need to be renovated or replaced with new ones.

But it's not just bridges made of concrete that we build, we also construct buildings, halls, pumping stations, flood protection systems, and more in the land between the seas.

Your tasks:

  • Supervision of construction projects from cost estimation, execution, and invoicing to post-calculation
  • Independent coordination of projects from work preparation, cost control, and scheduling to completion and quality assurance

Requirements

We expect a successful degree in civil engineering or a comparable education.

Ideally, you have professional experience in construction management in civil engineering and knowledge of MS Office products and cost calculation programs.
