We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides.

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

Duties:

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding, adhering to dietary restrictions when necessary
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with medical documentation, including maintaining accurate records of care provided Experience:
• Previous experience in home care or senior care is preferred
• Knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
• Familiarity with medical documentation and record keeping is beneficial Skills:
• Ability to provide compassionate and patientcentered care
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of catheter care, tube feeding, and other specialized care techniques is desirable

Pay:
$ $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
