    Finance Manager - Hybrid Opportunity

    About the Company and Opportunity:

    • Our client is a well-known non-profit in the DC market
    • Due to project, they are hiring a Finance Manager to work hybrid.
    • The leadership team is dedicated to employee success and love to promote from within.
    • Pay: $40-$42/hr depending on experience.
    • Duration: Contract-to-hire

    Overview of the Finance Manager role:

    • Financial Reporting
    • Award Management - USAID, Federal, State, Local
    • Budget Management
    • Compliance Management
    • Ad hoc projects/reporting

    Preferred Qualifications for the Finance Manager:

    • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related degree
    • Non-profit experience is a must
    • Advanced Excel Skills - Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
