Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, timelines, and budgets.

Resource Management: Allocate necessary resources and coordinate efforts with team members and third-party contractors to deliver projects efficiently.

Progress Tracking: Monitor project milestones and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and expectations.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects are executed flawlessly and achieve desired results within the stipulated time and budget.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and devise contingency plans to mitigate them effectively.
