What is the job? This team member is responsible for in-home kitchen and bath remodel consultations for residential customers.
The Design Consultant is not responsible for generating their own leads. Prior to your first interaction with prospective customers, 80% of the qualification process has been done for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Making in-home presentations to homeowners who have expressed interest in receiving information regarding their kitchen and/or bathroom and closing the sale.

Skills Required:

Ability to adapt to new procedures and follow our scripts/system
Technologically experienced
Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be able to lift 40 lbs. without restrictions
Must be able to handle a high volume of driving
Must be trainable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate upward concisely

Schedule:

Full time 56 days a week
Mornings, days, nights (appts. are scheduled between 9:00 AM 7:00 PM)
Must be able to work Saturday/Sunday every other weekend
Will have Saturday/ Sunday off alternate weekend

40 hrs. per week

We are seeking experienced In-home Design Consultants to help grow one of Michigan's largest kitchen and bath remodeling companies.

Pay:
$75, $150,000.00 per year
