Job summary

We are hiring one experienced operator who will work closely with marketing leadership and act as the immediate source of truth for lead attribution lead journey visibility sales follow-through appointment conversion efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Auditing & CRM Governance: Audit all marketing-booked appointments ensure opportunities are created updated accurate identify correct stale or incorrect statuses enforcement sales follow-through CRM hygiene.
  • Multi-Touch Attribution Ownership: Own first-touch last-touch assisted attribution preserve influence from outbound paid SDR activity prevent attribution loss caused by direct overwrites sync conflicts manual data entry.
