Job summary

We need a revenue-focused analyst to help reconcile billing and payments end-to-end
ensuring we bill and collect what we should across platforms , reduce leakage , and tighten revenue accuracy . This role is hands-on and investigative , suited to someone who enjoys tracing issues through systems , resolving edge cases , and improving the reliability of revenue operations . The goal is to identify revenue leakage patterns and recommend fixes ( process or system-driven )
  • Reconcile billed revenue vs payments received
  • Investigate discrepancies ( credits refunds failed payments chargebacks arrears )
