- Client: Male, 66 Years Old
- Location: Oyster Bay, NY
- Caregiver MUST be able to drive to the client's home
- Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday/Thursday-Saturday 8am-8pm OR 8pm-8am
- Caregiver to follow fall precautions due to client lightheadedness and blurry vision
- Client experiences some paranoia and requires clear communication before any action
- For example, when assisting with meals, the aide should inform the client prior to helping them
- Performing home management tasks like housekeeping, laundry, and errands
- Preparing and serving meals based on dietary restrictions and assisting with feeding
- Assisting with personal hygiene tasks
- Administering medication as per the care plan
- Notifying registered nurses of any changes in the client's condition
- Showing proficiency in required skills
- Completing assigned duties within the scope of practice
