ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Manages accounts in assigned queue.
- Responsible for collecting their designated queue &/or assist peers.
- Employee needs to have good negotiation skills and works in a team environment
- Employee is required to maintain their daily and monthly goal
- Capable of initiating effective outbound calls and receive inbound calls
- Produce and arrange collection solutions for customers
- Skip tracing on accounts for potential leads on customers &/or vehicles
- Analyze account history for errors, followups until remedied
- Execute various tasks and assignments under the direction of the Supervisor
- Goal oriented for improvement and development
- Provides excellent customer service to dealers, brokers & client/customers
- Makes and receives a large volume of calls
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE
- 2 Years of Collection's Experience
- Must have excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the automobile finance industry
- Critical thinking abilities
- Problem solver
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of retail consumer servicing systems, preferably Megasys
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Copier, Faxing, Scanning & other general office supplies
Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
