Responsibilities:


As the Nursing Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring healthy outcomes for adolescents and young adults through comprehensive healthcare support.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing medical administration, providing training and support, managing medication documentation, and facilitating clinical assessments.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or certificate in nursing with a valid New Jersey RN license.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in the healthcare field, preferably with atrisk youth.
  • Experience in developing and implementing activities/curriculum for varied learning styles.
  • At least one year of direct nursing supervisory experience.
  • Valid driver's license which has been in good standing for the previous six months.

  • Demonstrated track record of delivering excellent results and quality performance.
  • Sound, mature judgment skills.
  • Traumasensitive/strengthsbased approach with excellent clinical assessment and intervention skills.
  • Proven ability to work efficiently, flexibly, and with good humor.
  • Success in roles requiring timely execution of tasks while managing multiple priorities.
  • Selfstarter with initiative and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to provide comprehensive nursing care to teenagers with moderate to complex emotional/psychological problems.
