    Description

    Electrical Project Manager/Estimator for commercial and light industrial projects needed We are a local company seeking a candidate interested in growing with the company and implementing new procedures. Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills are critical.

    Electrical Project Manager/Estimator Responsibilities :

    • Determine the scope of work by reviewing bid documents and attending pre-bid meetings
    • Perform accurate takeoffs and quantify estimates
    • Obtain quotes as needed from subcontractors and vendors
    • Determine which vendors and subcontractors to use on the projects
    • Develop a project schedule for each project
    • Attend project meetings throughout the job
    • Establish and maintain working relationships with clients and subcontractors
    • Safety and quality conscious
    • Communicate with team members and trade partners

    Electrical Project Manager/Estimator Qualifications:

    • 5 years of experience with a proven track record
    • Prior electrical field experience
    • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Accubid, Bluebeam, Conest, or McCormick estimating software
    • High level of organization and planning abilities
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Team player with a positive attitude and is self-motivated
    • Knowledge of construction practices and methods
