Description

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budget and quality standards
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being performed according to plans
• Address any issues or concerns that arise during construction
• Must have at least 5 years of Glazing Experience with Public Works Project

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
• Proficient in construction management software (e.g., ProCore, Primavera)
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of construction estimating and cost control
