Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Accountant due to growth Responsibilies include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of accounting principles. We are looking for a person that works well with a team and can collaborate with other members frequently.

Other responsibilities include:

Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
Provide input into department's goal seng process
Assist with annual audit
Support year-end close process
Assist with annual 1099 processing for agents and vendors
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Ensure compliance with GAAP principles
Review financial statements and trial balance for errors and omissions

Qualifications :

BS in Accounting or Finance
3-5 years relevant experience
Experience with LoneWolf accounting software (not required but preferred)
Real estate accounting experience
Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
Accuracy and attention to detail
Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
Salesforce experience (not required but preferred)
