Essential Job Functions: - Direct the Banquet and Outlet functions of the Food and Beverage Department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
- Interview, hire, supervise, and counsel associates to ensure efficient operations in the Food and Beverage department.
- Provide clear direction to staff, ensuring alignment with Crescent and Marriott standards and policies.
- Perform evaluations, resolve issues, and provide open communication with associates.
- Monitor cost control, property condition, cleanliness, and service quality on a daily basis.
- Handle associate issues in conjunction with People & Culture following Crescent policies.
Required Skills/Abilities: - Three-Five years senior leadership experience as a Food and Beverage Director at a luxury hotel/destination or island resort environment required.
- Marriott experience preferred.
- Keen eye for detail and the ability to create great experiences for team & guests alike.
- Manager Certification in Food Safety and Alcohol Compliance.
- Fluency in English language (reading, writing, and speaking) is essential.
