Main job functions:
Awnsering Phones, Seating tables, Cashing out orders, etc.


Job Overview:


Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections
• Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
• Process payments using cash registers and maintain a balanced cash drawer
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met in dining areas
• Assist in bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining space
• Promote specials and upsell additional items to customers
• Handle food with care and follow proper food handling procedures

Qualifications:

• Experience with retail math and cash handling
• Proficiency in operating POS systems, preferably Aloha POS
• Knowledge of sales techniques to enhance customer experience
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Familiarity with the food industry practices
• Strong communication skills and customeroriented approach
