As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and managing a team of sales associates.

• Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
• Train and motivate sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in the food industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in recruiting, training, and managing a team
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Previous experience in food is hhelpful
