- Hands-on assembly of electric charger components (mechanical and electrical assembly)
- Contribute to regular productivity reports, and complete incident reports, as needed
- Use all mandated safety equipment and comply with all safety requirements in accordance with company and government regulations and guidelines
- Provide support for charger maintenance, including supporting electrical tests and potentially traveling to support fieldwork.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to safety regulations and procedures, as well as attention to detail required
- Strong team communication skills required
- Experience building electrical and mechanical components to create working assemblies
- Knowledge of the principles of Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement, Lean 5S, and Kanban a plus
- Aptitude to learn/interpret schematics of electronic components and assemblies.
- Familiarity with Google G-Suite including drive, mail, calendar, docs, sheets, slides, charts, hangouts; Slack, application lifecycle preferred
- High Voltage assembly experience
- Knowledge in the use of standard electronics lab tools including AC/DC meters, Oscilloscopes, AC/DC power supplies

The Assembly Technician is responsible for supporting the build operations for innovative electric aircraft charger components, with an emphasis on hands-on assembly.
The Assembly Technician is a dependable contributor to product assembly and packaging, batch processes, and tasks associated with batch manufacturing.
The Assembly Technician has a responsibility to comply with safety policies and procedures and to maintain housekeeping standards in the work area.
Working with a small team, the Assembly Technician focuses on the assembly of components, predominantly chargers, to support the ongoing development of eVTOL aircraft and charging infrastructure.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, however, in some instances, this job may require work in areas where ear protection is necessary.
