    Position Overview:
    We are currently seeking a motivated and talented Civil Engineer to join the dynamic team.

    The ideal candidate will have up to 5 years of experience in Civil Engineering, with a strong educational background in Civil Engineering.

    This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects across different sectors, contributing to the growth and success of our firm.


    Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with project teams to design and execute engineering plans, drawings, and specifications.
    Conduct site visits and assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements.
    Perform calculations, analysis, and simulations to support project designs and evaluations.
    Assist in project management activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
    Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
    Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance project delivery and innovation.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
    Up to 5 years of experience in Civil Engineering, preferably in a consulting or engineering firm.
    Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools.
    Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    Professional Engineer (PE) license or willingness to pursue licensure is a plus.
    Local to the Houston area or willingness to relocate.
