Green Oaks of Park Forest is seeking a Move-In Coordinator to join our team


Responsibilities:


  • Takes lead on resident movein, creating a warm and welcoming environment while coordinating and maintaining a seamless, dignified, and compassionate transition
  • Facilities the lease signing process with residents and family members, managing annual recertification, and maintaining thorough documentation for Tax Credit files
  • Completes income verification, collects insurance, and documents all pertinent information upon initial residency
  • Ensures that each apartment is thoughtfully prepared for incoming residents. Orientates each resident while representing our Community and commitment to love, compassion, and dignity

Qualifications:


  • High School graduate or GED equivalent required
  • Medicaid waiver or LIHTC experience preferred
  • Ability to make datadriven decisions with a strong understanding of Assisted/Supportive Living sales and marketing
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
