Description
Efficiently dispatch leads and service requests to the respective sales and service departments.- Manage all aspects of accounts receivable, encompassing payment processing and the collection of delinquent accounts.
- Ensure the timely processing of daily production tasks, including the typing of state reports and fulfilling completions within established time frames.
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness to customer needs and inquiries through various communication channels.
- Prioritize and coordinate tasks related to sales and service, optimizing efficiency in workflow.
- Execute thorough and accurate payment processing, keeping meticulous records of financial transactions.
- Stay compliant with state reporting requirements, ensuring accurate and timely submission of necessary documents.
Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
