- Sales Leadership: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to exceed sales targets and enhance the buying experience for our customers.
- Team Development: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team, ensuring individual and collective sales goals are met.
- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends and customer preferences to seize new sales opportunities and expand our customer base.
- Customer Satisfaction: Promote a customer-focused approach, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Promotional Campaigns: Work closely with the marketing department to design and implement effective sales promotions and incentives.
- Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction from initial contact to the closing of sales.
- Training and Coaching: Provide regular training sessions to enhance the sales team's skills and techniques.
- Training and compliance: all Federal and State Regulations and company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards in sales practices.
- Proven leadership experience in a sales management role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, automotive negotiations expert, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- High level of motivation, with a results-driven approach and the ability to inspire others.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Closer: Act as the primary closer, stepping in to finalize deals, ensuring that customer needs are met while maximizing dealership profitability.
- T.O Manager: Manage the turnover process effectively, ensuring a smooth transition from sales consultants to management when necessary to close deals.
