ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a detail-orientated and well-organized supervisor to join our growing team. You will play a key role in helping manage the day-to-day activities of our Company and staff surrounding Operations. This position will report directly to the Operations Manager.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support quality operations through daily contact, coordination, and use of systems.
  • Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Minimize errors and areas of inefficiencies, recommending operational improvements to Management.
  • Supervise the effective operation, utilization and maintenance of established processes.
  • Ensure timely notification to appropriate entities/agencies as needed in the course of our scheduling services.
  • Review reports for trends and areas of improvement.
  • Other duties as directed by management

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in construction a plus.
  • 25 years of experience in a supervising capacity in a service industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • MSOffice experience, technologically adept with SAAS and vendor portals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities.

Pay:
$55, $65,000.00 per year
