Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:


  • Serviceoriented handling and advising of customer inquiries
  • Written and telephone correspondence with customers
  • Creating evaluations and statistics
  • Maintenance of master data
  • Complaint management

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualifications
  • Experience in customer service
  • Fluent in written and spoken German
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs
  • High level of service orientation and conscientiousness

Weekly working hours:

39 hours per week
