Trainee (m/f/d) for Office Management for 2024

Your tasks:

  • Commercial processes in a company
  • Order control and coordination
  • Commercial control including financing, payment transactions and dunning
  • Preparation of invoices and travel expense reports
  • Taking on responsibility in daily business
Your qualifications:
  • Interest in commercial activities
  • Reliability and organizational skills
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and customer contact
  • Good secondary school leaving certificate or high school diploma and good grades in mathematics, German and English
