Position Overview


  • Effectively manage work hours and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
  • Process requests for order entry and product questions from customers.
  • Ensure accurate order entry and timely feedback to customer inquiries.
  • Responsible for researching and resolving complaints, product inquiries or ordering to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
  • Travel Required:No

Environment and Schedule

  • Office : Office Temperature (65F to 75F)


  • Schedule: Monday

  • Wednesday and Friday: 10AM to 7PM CST and Saturday 9AM6PM CST (off Thursday and Sunday)
  • Training onsite for 34 weeks (Monday
  • Friday 7AM4PM CST)
  • After training and evaluation period, the role transitions to fully remote (may require onsite presence if experience technical difficulties or performance issues)

Skills

  • Specialized Knowledge : Able to read and interpret manuals, documents and memos, Able to communicate with customers and coworkers
  • Bilingual Spanish and English speakers preferred

Years Of Experience

  • 02 : Related experience and/or training.

Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour
