Your tasks:

  • You provide individual, personal and comprehensive advice and support to our customers in the financing business and help them realize their housing dreams
  • You achieve this through targeted modernization and construction financing planning
  • To secure customer wishes, you handle the sale of demand-oriented insurance and building society contracts
  • In addition, your tasks include active customer acquisition, customer care and contact with property developers
  • You are a specialist for complex financing, deviating from defined standards and objects

Your qualifications:

  • You have completed training as a bank clerk (m/f/d) with many years of experience in financing consulting - ideally in construction financing and/or personal loans
  • Alternatively, you have a degree in business administration (with a focus on finance) or a further education as a bank business economist (m/f/d) or a degree in business administration supplemented by relevant evidence in financing
