Description

For our "Road to Emission Zero" project, we are looking for you to join our IT team at our locations in Neuenbürg and Weinstadt. Your main focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services and continuously optimizing them.

Junior System Engineer (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the operation, monitoring, documentation, and support of at least one IT service, such as storage, network, end devices, or applications, according to defined SLAs
  • You will support users and provide training on the effective and efficient use of your assigned IT service
  • You will work on continuously optimizing these IT services until end-of-life
  • You will be the main point of contact for our internal customers at our locations in Neuenbürg and Weinstadt

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training or further education in the IT field
