Early Childhood Educator for Language Development (m|f|d)

Your responsibilities:
- Support in implementing language education in everyday activities
- Crossage language education projects
- Inclusive pedagogy; promoting a communication culture that values social, cultural, and linguistic diversity
- Close collaboration with the kindergarten team, management, the provider, and the specialist advisory service in the federal program
- Regularly inform the provider about the project progress, create documentation, and engage in public relations
- Contribute to the development/continuation of the language concept and pedagogical concept of the facility
- Support the professional exchange within the team
- Assist the kindergarten teams in working with parents, organizing parent events while considering the living environments of all families
