This Role


Property Management Company is seeking a contract Personal and Executive Assistant for their ownership team, based out of their Wellesley office.

This position requires a professional and friendly individual, who is reliable, has had previous experience with an ownership team, and can communicate effectively, both verbally as well as in writing.


What you'll do:
- _
Calendar Management:_Efficiently manage the owner's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements._
- _
Communication:_ _Act as the primary point of contact between the owner and internal/external stakeholders, filtering and prioritizing communications as necessary._
- _
Administrative Support:_Provide comprehensive administrative support, including drafting correspondence, preparing presentations, and organizing files and documents._
- _
Meeting Coordination:_ _Assist in the planning and coordination of meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items._
- _
Travel Arrangements:_Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring smooth and hassle-free travel experiences._

Expense Management:_Manage expense reports and reimbursements for the owner and other leaders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies._

Project Support:_ _Assist in various projects and initiatives as needed, including research, data analysis, and coordination with other team members._
- _
Confidentiality:_ _Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion._
- _
Task Prioritization:_ _Prioritize tasks and deadlines effectively, ensuring that the owner's time is optimized and critical tasks are completed on schedule._

Ad Hoc Support:_Provide additional support as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the owner's office and overall business activities._
