About the team
11x established the Digital Worker category by building the worlds first AI Sales Development Rep (SDR).


As the leaders in deploying LLMs to automate end-to-end jobs, and we're working to build Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) within the context of work.

We believe the future of work is autonomous and that unleashing Digital Workers will have massively disruptive and positive consequences in how people work, with each other and with AI.




What is this role?

  • Own and drive customer success outcomes and value by ensuring satisfaction with our AI products and services.
  • Deliver worldclass onboarding experience for our customers and facilitate seamless transition from sales team.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their outbound strategies, goals, customer personas and ICPs whilst providing strategic guidance on their outreach campaigns
  • Work closely with the CEO and Head of CS to implement strategies and processes to maintain and improve customer health and retention.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and our product/eng team to communicate feedback and influence product roadmap.



About you

  • Exceptional communication and relationshipbuilding skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across functions.
  • High empathy and passion for customer love.
  • High energy and proactive attitude, with strong analytical, creative problemsolving, and project management skills.
  • Resourceful and fast learner, with the ability to adapt to fastpaced, constantly shifting environments.
  • Structured and organized approach with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in working in a fast growth environment (startup, consulting, banking).
