Description
OverviewAdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a dynamic Palliative Medicine physician to join our team in Altamonte Springs, FL. Our leadership has committed to ensure an interdisciplinary approach to providing care thus expanding the teams at our campuses. The inpatient division is composed of seven physicians, twelve APPs, six LCSWs and 2 chaplains over seven hospitals.
The department has two fellowships, a one-year ACGME physician fellowship with two positions and a one year APP fellowship with two positions.
The current open position is for a physician leader at the Adventhealth Altamonte Springs location in northeast Orlando. The provider will join two full time APRN's to provide inpatient consultations. Clinical care expectations include goals of care, family meetings and complex symptom management in the inpatient setting.The program strives to foster a growth mindset and appreciates its wide diversity of providers backgrounds including psychiatry, family medicine, critical care and internal medicine.

Practice Description
This opportunity includes the benefits of call coverage and competitive compensation.
