How you contribute

  • Managing the Karlsruhe location with a focus on technical building equipment (HVAC/ electrical) and technical facility management
  • Sales, customer support, proposal processing, and first point of contact for customers, from order acceptance to completion of execution
  • Personnel management and motivation of the branch team
  • Reporting to the management in Heidelberg

  • Completed degree in the field of building services engineering, alternatively technician or master with relevant experience in execution
  • Customer/sales orientation; the main task is sales and acquisition with a focus on TFM
  • Experience in an executing company and in sales of building technical systems
  • Competence in proposal processing, planning, and execution of building technical trades
