At St. Paul Park, you will be a permanent member of our university recruiting team. We handle the entire candidate journey, from reaching out to interested students, coordinating application interviews, advising departments, to negotiating contracts within a cross-functional team.

We are a team of five where cohesion and appreciation are highly valued. But of course, we also love to have fun, whether at work or during after-work activities - we cherish our relaxed atmosphere and chat about various topics.

Many talk about "home office" - we talk about "mobile work": Our team usually meets once a week on campus to spend time together and work on joint projects. On all other days, we have the freedom to choose where we want to work from.

Your Impact

You will handle the recruitment of university interns for the entire OTTO headquarters in Hamburg:

You will be responsible for applicant management (e.g. screening and evaluating applications, advising departments and applicants) up to preparing contract negotiations.
You will work on job postings in consultation with the departments and publish them.
You will passionately support our student community, shape the monthly onboarding of new students, and help them network with each other.
