Our system solutions, including smart meters, smart meter gateways, and communication adapters, are not only groundbreaking in the current energy transition in Germany, but also represent the state of the art worldwide.

To strengthen our technical documentation team, we are currently seeking a Technical Writer (m/f/d) for our location in Gallin (with the option for remote work).

Your future tasks will include:

Creating, managing, and maintaining technical documentation such as product manuals, user guides, and data sheets for electronic and softwarecontrolled products
Structuring technical information and presenting it in a clear and visually appealing manner
Independently coordinating documentation content and gathering information from other departments
Planning and coordinating the assignment of work packages to external service providers
Contributing to the systematic improvement and further development of documentation processes, style guides, and the integrity of the documentation system

Your profile:

Completed degree in Technical Writing or a related field
Alternatively, a completed technical apprenticeship with additional certification as a Technical Writer (e.g. tekom)
Excellent German language skills (C2 level)
Practical experience with MS Word and Adobe InDesign, ideally also with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
Familiarity with a documentation system (preferably Docuglobe)
Good English language skills
Experience in writing technical documentation
