Base Salary:
$110,000 - $120,000


What you'll do:


We need to strengthen our sales team with a skilled eCommerce Manager for Americas who will focus on optimizing our eCom overall revenue target and growth in the region.

In this role, you will act as a close link between the Regional Sale teams within Americas and the Global eCommerce team in Stockholm (HQ).

You will drive forecasts, product launches, pricing, promotion and marketing calendars execution as well as driving data analysis and identifying local growth opportunities and priorities for the Americas Regional markets.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Forecast, demand planning, inventory management optimization for Americas markets
  • Analyse and report on sales and web traffic KPI's
  • Sync with Local Marketing, Performance Marketing and Local partners
  • B2B Lead: Sales inquiry management
  • Operations, fulfillment, returns, duties, taxes, cross border shipping, compliance etc.
  • Manage our local Commercial calendar
  • Give input and push for projects and development needed from a local perspective
  • Drive and support on Local Projects like Best Buy Partner+, Veepee, new currencies, new channels, B2B, Avalara changes, new freight methods
  • Together with the Regional Operations and Logistics team in US, optimize fulfilment, delivery precision and customer satisfaction within deliveries, returns and after sales processes

Who we're looking for:

You're data driven, analytical and collaborative.

You have a strong understanding of the technical landscape and you bring a solid experience of hands on working with eCommerce platforms, tools and partners to adapt our capabilities to meet as well as set new requirements for the Americas markets.

You have a strong sense of business with ability of evaluating new sales channels and requirements based on objectives. You understand the dynamics of selling cross-border and managing fulfilment and warehouse operations.


You probably have the following experiences & skills:

  • 5 + years of Digital and e-commerce experience in consumer or lifestyle industry, preferably with experience balancing sales with building strong customer experiences
  • Familiar with Qlik Sense, Excel, Salesforce and Google Analytics
  • Experience analyzing and driving commercial sales plans for eCom, marketplaces and other digital sales channels
  • A finger on the pulse of music, tech, entertainment, popular culture and if you have a good network of lifestyle contacts and relationships it's a huge benefit
