Summary of position:
- The Business Officer Clerk performs accurate and timely clerical accounting functions for the Business Office.
Job Responsibilities (see attached job description for additional details):
- Review and match supporting documents to printed checks to ensure accuracy of payments prior to mailing.
- Ensure remittance backup is included with checks to be mailed.
- Ensure all supporting documentation is attached to check copy and filed in alphabetical filing system.
- Retrieve and compile payment documentation as requested by auditors, monitors, etc.
- Perform various general clerical tasks, such as data entry, typing, filing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to operate various pieces of office equipment.
- Ability to understand the need for and maintain confidentiality.
Schedule:
Full-time, 35 hours/week, 12 months/year

Salary:
Level IV duties $15.07/hour
- Level V duties $15.53/hour
