Summary of position:


  • The Business Officer Clerk performs accurate and timely clerical accounting functions for the Business Office.

Job Responsibilities (see attached job description for additional details):

  • Review and match supporting documents to printed checks to ensure accuracy of payments prior to mailing.
  • Ensure remittance backup is included with checks to be mailed.
  • Ensure all supporting documentation is attached to check copy and filed in alphabetical filing system.
  • Retrieve and compile payment documentation as requested by auditors, monitors, etc.
  • Perform various general clerical tasks, such as data entry, typing, filing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to operate various pieces of office equipment.
  • Ability to understand the need for and maintain confidentiality.

Schedule:

Full-time, 35 hours/week, 12 months/year

Level IV duties $15.07/hour

  • Level V duties $15.53/hour
