How you will make contributions that matter...

Gather, research and synthesize market dynamics to support driving strategic growth of the product/category portfolio.
Assist with managing category portfolio from product introduction to commercialization, renovation and rationalization.
Use external market dynamics (consumer trends, customer needs, competitive actions, and input costs) and their link to internal capabilities and strategic objectives to help grow category within existing and new channels.
Be a product category expert: Gather and leverage insights to support a datadriven point of view and recommendations for performance improvement and customer development.
Analyze and recommend crossfunctional actions and decisions, including product choice, pricing and initiative prioritization.
Assist with managing the short/mediumterm execution plan for key initiatives.
Recommend process improvements and tools.

You are best suited for the role if you

13 Years of experience in category or product management, finance, or related field.
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, related field, or equivalent experience.
A passion for research and diving deep into analysis.
Experience using and analyzing IRI and other syndicated data.
Advanced Excel skills.
The ability to identify insights and translate them into concise recommendations via PowerPoint.
