Job Description

Idaho National Laboratory is looking for a Construction Quality Engineer to join their Environment, Safety, Health and Quality team. This position offers a 4x10 schedule based out of the ATR, MFC or CFA facility in Idaho, with every Friday off. Reporting to the Construction Quality Manager, you will be supporting the INL Quality Assurance organization in overseeing construction activities. Responsibilities Include:

Reviewing construction and engineering specifications for compliance with quality requirements
Developing and improving QA plans and procedures
Conducting independent QA assessments to ensure consistency in project activities
Maintaining required training and qualifications for quality engineering

Qualifications: Minimum Requirements:

PR0300: Bachelor of Science degree in a quality-related technical field with 5 years of Quality experience, or Master of Science degree with 3 years
PR0400: Bachelor of Science degree in a quality-related technical field with 8 years of Quality experience, or Master of Science degree with 6 years

Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "L" clearance is necessary, requiring US Citizenship. Desired Experience:

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or similar
Knowledge of ASME B31 piping codes
Experience in Quality Engineering

Job Information:

Salary Grade: PR $95,928 - $158,232 / PR $110,316 - $181,956
