    As an Engagement Content Strategist, you will join a team transforming health care and health services for over 170M people worldwide.

    Our Content Strategy and Delivery team is assembled to design and deliver industry changing experiences with data-driven insights and content capabilities to change health care in transformative ways.

    As an Engagement Content Strategist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing content strategies that drive engagement, educate, and empower our healthcare audience.

    You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling and relevant content across various platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and healthcare objectives.

    The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of healthcare industry trends, patient behavior, and digital marketing techniques.


    Job Responsibilities:
    Partner with product and communication teams to drive outcomes through predictive modeling, multi-channel strategies and programmatic experimentation.
    Think strategically about how content scales across channels, conditions, and behaviors.
    Help drive personalization and performance by partnering with analytics and content delivery teams.
    Develop and execute content strategies for use case, population, channel & frequency.
    Apply behavioral influence techniques to drive activation, engagement, and improved health outcomes.
    Conduct thorough research on healthcare industry trends, clinical journeys, patient preferences, and competitor analysis to inform content strategy.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and impactful content across channels.
    Apply learnings to existing and future experiments and campaigns.
    Monitor and analyze content performance using relevant metrics and tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

    Stay up to date with emerging content trends, technologies, and platforms in the healthcare industry to continuously enhance content strategy and engagement efforts.

    Ensure brand consistency and adherence to healthcare regulations and guidelines in all content produced.
    Stay informed about healthcare industry regulations, patient privacy, and best practices related to content creation and distribution.


    Skills Required:
    Strong knowledge of healthcare communications.
    Direct to consumer communication experience in the healthcare industry.
    Strong writing and editorial skills with a clear, concise style and excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling.

    Proficiency in health literacy and communicating complex clinical information to consumer audiencesExperience using Figma design, Figjam collaboration, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint expertise a plus,) async chat tools (Slack, Webex Chat, etc.), Confluence, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

    Proven work experience as a Content Strategist, Content Marketer, or similar role in the healthcare industry.
    Strong understanding of content marketing principles and strategies in a healthcare context.

    An understanding of the science of behavior change and how to apply behavioral influence techniques in the areas of patient activation, engagement, and improving health outcomes.

    Experience in Agile and rapid test and learn environments.
    Experience with data analysis and content performance tracking.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas in the healthcare space.
    Familiarity with content taxonomy, content style guidelines, and content management.

    Non-negotiable skills:
    5+ years of relevant experience

    with marketing and communications, including influence/conversion copywriting and content strategy.
    Direct to consumer communication experience in the healthcare industry.
    Digital product UX content experience.
    Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, patient behavior, and emerging technologies in content marketing.
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Writing, Healthcare, or a related field required.
    A portfolio of work MUST be included in the resume to be considered for this position.

    The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $55.00 to $63.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.

    Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
