Description

• Manage and supervise dispensary staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and product pricing
• Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations regarding the sale and distribution of cannabis products
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer information
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection and answering any questions or concerns
• Stay uptodate on industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues or discrepancies
• Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
• Manage payroll and other administrative tasks as needed

• Previous experience in shift management, assistant manager or store management roles is required
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and manage a team
• Knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry regulations is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and compliance documentation
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Proficient computer skills for inventory tracking and sales reporting purposes
