About the Role:


Are you a multitasking wizard with a knack for providing top-notch customer service? Join our team as a Cashier/Receptionist in the heart of New York City In this hybrid role, you'll handle cashier duties with precision while also managing front desk responsibilities to ensure our guests receive a warm welcome and seamless experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Cash Handling: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system. Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments with care, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.

Customer Service: Greet guests with a friendly smile and welcoming attitude as they enter our establishment. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our services and offerings.

Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointment bookings, reservations, and inquiries, ensuring availability and accuracy in scheduling. Coordinate with staff to accommodate guest requests and preferences.

Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination between front desk and cashiering duties. Support colleagues as needed to maintain a smooth operation.
