    Job Description

    This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable manufacturing facility in the Concord area on a temporary-to-hire basis.

    Our client is in search of a skilled Mechanical Inspector to enhance their team.

    You will be responsible for testing the quality of materials and final products, while also pinpointing areas for enhancement to optimize productivity.

    This role is situated in a heavy industrial environment, where you will be inspecting components utilized in the maintenance and repair of papermaking machinery.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough examinations of all materials and finished products
    • Perform internal audits and evaluations, and provide detailed reports
    • Enhance and enforce quality control procedures
    • Identify and resolve equipment issues and defects
    • Participate in regular visual inspections
    • Maintain a clean and safe workspace

    Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in quality control or related fields
    • Keen eye for detail
    • Proficiency in interpreting mechanical blueprints and using precision measuring tools
    • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

    Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm

    Hourly Rate: $21.00 for the 1st shift, $21.50 for the 2nd shift

    Applicants must pass a drug screening and background check prior to employment.
