Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team
Post all open job postings on Indeed, Linked In, Doc Cafe, etc.
Coordinate phone screenings and interviews as requested by Talent Acquisition team
Other admin tasks as requested

Experience and skills:

Familiar with job posting sites
HR or Talent Acquisition experience in healthcare a plus
Effective communicator

Requirements:

High school diploma or General Education Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
One year of Human Resources preferred
One year computer experience to include proficient use of spreadsheets and word processing preferred
Multi tasker
Detail oriented
Valid driver's license or ID
